An RUC man who forged a fellow officer's signature to cover up £4OO he had stolen from his station's recreation club was jailed for three months yesterday.

A Belfast Crown Court jury unanimously convicted Constable Paul Johnston (40), of Mountpottinger RUC station in east Belfast, of theft and false accounting.
