UP TO 30,000 RTC students could be affected by industrial action planned by Impact in a dispute over staffing levels. The union represents clerical, administrative and library staff in regional technical colleges.
The union says it will start an overtime ban on September 16th over what it claims is the failure by the Department of Education to implement the final stage of a staffing agreement.
