A 15-year-old boy with previous convictions dating back four years was disqualified from driving for three years at Bray District Court yesterday. For the unlawful use of the car, Judge Thomas Ballagh gave him the Probation Act on his own bond of £10 to keep the peace for 12 months, plus an independent surety of £500. For driving without insurance, he was fined £10, his licence to be endorsed, and he was disqualified from driving for three years.
