Siem Reap - Cambodia's rival political parties agreed that the new National Assembly will convene tomorrow and that talks on the formation of a government would be held soon, party officials said.

The Premier, Mr Hun Sen, whose ruling party won the July 26th election, offered the opposition a concession, saying the National Election Committee should look into an opposition demand that all ballot papers be tallied and accounted for, opposition leaders said.
