Cairo - Leaders of the G15 group yesterday urged wealthy nations to let in more foreign workers and boost their investment in developing countries to give them a fighting chance in the global economy.

The Egyptian host, President Hosni Mubarak, said the summit wanted developed nations to "extend opportunities of investment in developing countries". This came despite reports that some countries had run into "differences".
