Fianna Fail's spokesman on law reform, Mr Willie O'Den, has called for a full review of how National Lottery money is spent. The Government must immediately establish an independent commission or an All-Party Oireachtas committee to distribute lottery funds and ensure that sport and leisure get a decent proportion, he said.
