Details of the Beck's Taste of Temple Bar restaurant awards were announced yesterday. The awards scheme, now in its second year, is open to all 56 restaurants in the Temple Bar area of Dublin, excluding self service restaurants. The awards panel will be chaired by food writer and broadcaster
