BRISTOL - A rescue operation was launched late last night after a boat with four people on board capsized off Avonmouth, near Bristol, in southwest England. Three people were thrown into the water but the fourth was believed to be trapped in the upturned hull of the 16 metre vessel. A British navy helicopter and several coastguard boats were scrambled for the rescue.
