The chairman of the Oireachtas Sub Committee on Northern Ireland, Mr Jim O'Keeffe (FG), said the decommissioning report marked a significant step in the process towards peace, equality and prosperity in Northern Ireland.
He congratulated the three International Body members for their dedication and the speed with which they worked.
