LONDON - All 3,000 Boeing 7375 in service have flawed rudder designs, the BBC claimed yesterday, citing a leaked US air safety inspectors' report. Rudder jamming "can no longer be considered an extremely improbable or extremely remote event", the US National Transportation Safety Board was reported to have said by the BBC Newsnight programme.
