At Tralee District Court yesterday, Mr Robert Brian Anthony, of Derrylough, Tuosist, Kenmare, was re manded in custody by Judge Joseph Mangan to Kenmare District Court on September 5th. He is charged with assaulting and causing harm to Mr Philip O'Sullivan at Derry lough on August 22nd.
