LONDON - A council's religious and moral education adviser fled from a court building yesterday after admitting a sex act in a public place.

Michael Kincaid (45), from Cupar, Fife, admitted exposing himself and performing an indecent act on a main road in Kirkcaldy on October 29th. No details of the offence were given and sentence was deferred until December 10th.
