A 49 year old refuse collection worker was killed yesterday then crushed between a reversing refuse truck and a wall. The accident happened at Bayshore Lane, Killiney, Co Dublin, just before noon. The victim was taken to Loughlinstown Hospital, but was dead on arrival.
Gardai named him as Mr Timothy Meighan of Eden Villas, Glasthule.
