Talks to end the south Dublin refuse strike are expected to resume on Monday following an initial investigation of the issues yesterday by Mr Stephen Treacy, the independent chairman agreed to by unions and management. At yesterday's hearing, both sides outlined their positions. About 66,000 households are affected by the dispute over the restructuring of collection routes.
