Legal argument in the Westmeath rape trial will continue today in the jury's absence.
In the Central Criminal Court trial, an 18 year old woman, her 15 year old brother and their 18 year old male cousin have denied raping and sexually assaulting a woman in a field on the morning of March 26th, 1994.
The three accused also deny assaulting the woman (25), occasioning her actual bodily harm, on the same occasion.
