The jury in the trial of a 19-year-old Co Monaghan man accused of the 1997 Bundoran Astoria Disco car-park rape has failed to reach a verdict at the Central Criminal Court. Mr Justice Aindrias O Caoimh sent the jury to a hotel overnight and it will resume its deliberations today.
