Dubai - Riyadh, the Saudi Arabian capital, had its heaviest month's rainfall in over 30 years, the agriculture minister was quoted as saying yesterday. The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted the minister, Mr Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz bin Muammar, as saying that four inches of rain had fallen in Riyadh since October 23rd.
