London - Hundreds of exotic birds died after burglars broke into their aviary and cut the power supply

London - Hundreds of exotic birds died after burglars broke into their aviary and cut the power supply. The lights went out, sending cockatiels, parakeets and budgerigars crashing into the walls and breaking their necks. The thieves allowed many more to escape by opening the outer aviary doors at Pegasus Birds, in Brentwood, Essex.
