The dispute between Mr Dan Collins and Radio Ireland Ltd has been resolved, the President of the High Court, Mr Justice Costello, was told yesterday. Mr Colm Allen SC, for Mr Collins former chief executive of Radio Ireland, said legal proceedings brought by his client against the radio station could be struck out.
