The going is heavy for the fixture, featuring the John Durkan Memorial Punchestown Chase, but no problems are anticipated.

Racing gets under way with the Punchestown Maiden Hurdle at 12.35.

"Everything's in order for the meeting. They did not have much rain overnight and just a few showers are forecast during the day," said Cliff Noone, from the Irish Turf Club.
