The Minister for Finance, Mr Quinn, has no intention of changing the VAT situation on newspapers but he will consider the findings of the Report of the Commission on the Newspaper Industry.
Mr Quinn was answering Dail questions put down by the Fianna Fail Ahern, and Fianna Fail spoke person on industry and employment, Ms Mary O'Rourke.
