The Fourth International Puppet Festival was opened at, the Lambert Puppet Theatre in Dublin by the cathaoirleach of Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, Mr Tony Fox yesterday. The festival runs until September 22nd and will feature 25 events for adults and children at venues in Monkstown and Dun Laoghaire.
