A 20-year-old man is recovering in hospital after a "punishment" attack in Ardoyne in north Belfast. He suffered a broken arm and leg when attacked by a group of men with iron bars on Sunday morning.
Meanwhile, several masked men with baseball bats forced their way into a house in Ashmount Park in Lisburn Co Antrim, on Sunday night and beat up three men and two women. One of the men suffered a broken arm. The other victims suffered cuts and bruising.
