The trial of a Dublin man accused of murder was adjourned at the Central Criminal Court yesterday because a defence lawyer was ill.

Mr Alan Lyons (20) of Bonham Street, Dublin pleaded not guilty to the murder of Mr David Watson (21), of Echlin Street, Dublin, on Thomas Street on April 25th 1998. Mr Watson, living in Ireland but from Liverpool, died at closing time outside a public house. The case is expected go ahead on Wednesday.
