Psychiatrists monitoring Norwegian mass killer Anders Breivik (32) say he is not psychotic and he has not been put on medication, according to a prosecutor.

The claims in a court document have added fuel to calls to reassess Breivik if he is legally insane. In November, two psychiatrists said he was insane during July’s bomb-and-shooting rampage, in which 77 people died. They described him as a paranoid schizophrenic who had lost touch with reality. However, in a letter, prosecutor Svein Holden says four psychiatrists at Ila prison, Oslo, told him they had not seen any signs he was psychotic. – (AP)
