The PSNI are seeking the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of a teenage girl who has been missing from a residential home in Larne in Co Antrim since midday last Saturday.

Vanessa McDowell (14) is described as 1.55m (5ft 1in) in height, of slim build with long black hair. When last seen she was wearing a pink top with blue jeans and trainers.

Police believe she may have travelled to the Dundalk or Cork areas.
