Police investigating the sudden death of a one-year-old boy in Derry city said this afternoon he died of a "tragic accident".
It is understood the child died in the Currynierin area of the city yesterday. The boy's death was reported at around 10pm yesterday.
After a postmortem today a police spokesman said they did not believe the death was "anything other than a tragic accident".
