Five police officers were injured after coming under attack in Newcastle, Co Down, early today.
Two police cars were also damaged during the unrest in the car park of Donard Park at around 2am. Police, who had been called to a disturbance in the area, were pelted with bricks and bottles.
Officers were subsequently able to restore calm.
