Police in Co Down are investigating a road traffic collision in which a man in his 20s died last night.
The PSNI said the incident on the Newry Road, Hilltown, is believed to have happened at 3.30am.
Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward and they are especially interested in talking to the driver of a delivery van, possibly a newspaper delivery van, that was seen in the area at the time.
Meanwhile, a spokewoman for the PSNI said the Newry Road in Hilltown has been reopened.
