Police in the North have detained a high-risk sex offender who breached his bail conditions for the second time in seven months.
Robert Simpson Wallace was detained in Garvagh, Co Tyrone, this afternoon and is now in police custody.
Wallace (78), who is living in Belfast, went missing on Thursday morning last. He previously breached his bail conditions and was found in Lurgan, Co Armagh, in August last year.
