More than 100 people gathered outside the British embassy in Ballsbridge, Dublin, yesterday to protest against the RUC's decision to allow the Orange Order march down Garvaghy Road.

"55! RUC!" they chanted as four men banged dustbin lids against the embassy railings.

The demonstration was organised by the Irish National Congress.
