Profits rise 71% at Zamano

Mobile serivces company Zamano has announced pretax profits of €2.2 million in 2006, up 71 per cent on 2005 figures.

Mobile serivces company Zamano has announced pretax profits of €2.2 million in 2006, up 71 per cent on 2005 figures.

Turnover at the company grew by 38 per cent to €13.4 million, while basic earnings per share rose by 46 per cent to 3.8 cent.

Shares in the company were up two cent to 45 cent this morning.

The company provides mobile services in Britain, Australia and Ireland and listed on the Dublin market earlier this year.
