Swansea - An inquiry has been held into how a teenage prisoner was able to have sex with her burglar boyfriend through cell bars, it was confirmed yesterday. Donna Stokes (19) became pregnant as a result of the liaison with Paul Rosser (24), in cells beneath Swansea Crown Court last December.
