LONDON - Police have been told to look out for a "stalker" who has been following Princess Anne on public engagements around the country, Buckingham Palace said last night.
The confirmation came hours after security was reported to have been visibly increased when the princess spoke at a firming conference at Oxford University on Thursday.
Detectives circulated a photograph of the man, who has not been named, to officials and security guards around the university.
