A 42 year old priest appeared in Kilmainham District Court on 19 charges of indecent and sexual assault on six boys, aged between 13 and 15 years. The offences are alleged to have occurred in west Dublin during 1984-86.
After reading the book of evidence, Judge Hussey returned the priest to the present sitting of the Circuit Criminal Court, on his own bail of £500.
