The President, Mrs Robinson, is to make her third visit to Rwanda next weekend. She will speak at the Pan African Conference on Peace, Gender and Development in Kigali on March 2nd. The conference, organised on the initiative of Rwandan women, is aimed at bringing Africans, especially women, together to discuss the fate of their continent.
She will be accompanied by the Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ms Joan Burton.
