Tributes were paid to lifeboat fund raisers in the Mansion House, Dublin, yesterday when the annual Royal National Life Boat Institution (RNLI) awards were presented by the songwriter, Mr Phil Coulter. The RNLI gold badge was awarded to Dr Hugh O'Brien Moran of Tramore, Co Waterford.
