Bank of Scotland (Ireland) has appointed Maurice Pratt as its non-executive chairman in succession to Mr Phil Flynn.
Mr Pratt (50) is chief executive of C&C Group and former managing director of Tesco Ireland.
He is also a non-executive director of Eircom and Uniphar.
