Next month, a three-day hearing will decide the fate of the multinational cosmetics and soap products firm, Proctor and Gamble, in an Environmental Protection Agency prosecution over water pollution in Nenagh, Co Tipperary. November 4th, 5th and 6th were set aside yesterday by Judge Michael Reilly at Nenagh District Court to complete the case, which opened with a one-day hearing last month.
