DUN Laoghaire/Rathdown County Council had the highest water rate contribution last year with almost £3.7 million, the Minister for the Environment, Mr Howlin, said in a written reply. Next highest were Donegal with almost £3.2 million and Cork £3 million. Monaghan was the lowest with £133,000.
