Police and fire crews are at the scene of a suspicious fire at an industrial estate in Co Down.
The fire was reported at around 3.40am at a premises on Jubilee Road in Newtownards.
A PSNI spokeswoman said the blaze was being treated as arson.
There are no reports of injury and the extent of the damage is unknown at present.
