SANTIAGO - Police on motorcycles, trucks and horseback raided a German colony in Chile yesterday seeking to arrest its fugitive leader, Paul Schaefer, who faces charges of sexually abusing children. More than 200 police pushed into the heavily guarded enclave near Parral, in the Aadean footgills, but he was not immediately apprehended.
