LUCKNOW - Police prepared yesterday to arrest the MP, Ms Phoolan Devi, who has ignored a summons to appear in court and is wanted in dozens of cases, including murder. Ms Devi, who belongs to a low caste Indian community, has been accused of leading a gang in the massacre of 22 upper caste men in northern India in 1981.
