Police in Co Derry are investigating an attempted child abduction in Coleraine yesterday.
A boy was leaving a garage forecourt on the Bushmills Road/Railway Road junction when he was approached by a man at about 2.15pm.
It is believed the man was driving a white Rover car and was accompanied by another man who was on a scooter.
The first man asked the boy to get into his car but he refused and made his way home safely.
