Police are investigating a serious sexual assault on a woman in her 20s in Limavady, Co Derry.
Detectives have appealed for information after a report that the woman was the victim of a serious assault in an alleyway near the Catherine Street area after 2am. Police are looking for a man in his 20s or younger approximately 5ft 9in or 5ft 10in tall, with short brown, spiky hair.
He was wearing a blue shirt with the sleeves rolled up, narrow-legged cream chinos and he had a rubber charity band on his right arm.
Anyone who witnessed the attack or who knows the man is asked to contact police on 0845 600 8000 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
