Thieves using a stolen digger have taken an ATM machine containing a substantial sum from a filling station wall in Co Down.
The gang of six carried out the robbery in the early hours of yesterday at the station in Warrenpoint.
The ATM was loaded on to a pick-up truck which was then driven off. The PSNI has appealed for information about the truck and a car, thought to be a grey BMW.
