PARIS - Pol Pot is alive and rich and living in the Anlon Veng area of Cambodia, his brother in law and former deputy, Mr Ieng Sary, said in an interview published in Paris yesterday. The former Khmei Rouge leader has been blamed for the death of more than n million Cambodians.
Mr Ieng told Le Point magazine "He is still the Khmei Rouge's political and military number one leader ... he is rich and has up to $400 million."
