LONDON - Coastguard teams yesterday collected more than 100 phials of dangerous chemicals washed up along the western coast of the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall. They are believed to be part of the cargo of the Singapore registered cargo ship Tokyo Express, which lost over 60 containers in stormy seas west of Land's End last week. Devon and Cornwall police said the finger sized capsules contained chemicals which were poisonous and inflammable.
