The High Court has restrained stage crew members of the Point Theatre in Dublin picketing the theatre this morning after being told that tonight's Jose Carreras concert could be cancelled as a result.
Mr Justice Shanley made an interim order restraining the stage crew or any persons acting with them from watching, besetting or picketing the Point. He said he would give the defendants liberty to apply to discharge the order on three hours' notice.
