ANEABA - Turkey's Islamist led government is planning to lift a ban on female civil servants and students wearing the Islamic headscarf in workplaces and universities, an aide to the Prime Minister, Mr Necmettin Erbakan, said yesterday. A spokesman said the wording of the planned changes would probably be wide enough for the headscarf to be worn anywhere.
